How Our Advertising Works
At My City Med, we believe that a physician or provider should stand on their own merit and the reviews left by their verified patients – not their ad buy.
Unlike other review sites, My City Med does not sell ads to individuals doctors or providers, ever.
So how will people find me on My City Med?
Physicians, providers, and professional resources like therapists, attorneys and financial planners are welcome to claim and upgrade their listings on My City Med. Claiming a listing allows practicioners to provide detailed information about their practice and respond to patient reviews. If you’d like to reach an even wider audience, we invite you to take advantage of our Physician Blog Network.
We do not rely on algorithms to identify potentially concerning reviews on provider listings. Our in-house staff personally verifies and approves every review within 48 hours of posting and we do not filter reviews, ever.
At My City Med, we consisently look for companies and products that offer added value to our audience from a health and medical standpoint. We offer several options for brands interested in reaching a highly targeted audience of people motivated to find health and medical related products and services.

Absolutely not. While we personally verify reviews and manually approve them, My City Med is first and foremost a tool created for the millions of Americans searching their city for the best physician for their needs. If we deleted negative reviews, patients wouldn’t have a clear picture of the practice or provider.
That said, we will not approve reviews that are potentially libelous or reveal a user’s private details and/or medical information.
